## Description `onUpdated` publishes `new ResourceChangedEvent(resource, before, EventTypeEnum.RULE_DELETE, ...)`. `RULE_DELETE` is `"DELETE:Rule"` with `DataEventTypeEnum.DELETE` and delete-color. A resource *update* is therefore recorded (and labeled in `ResourceChangedEvent.buildContext`) as a rule-deletion. The correct constant exists: `EventTypeEnum.RESOURCE_UPDATE`.
