Ok, the same error did I encountered too. It seems the path to lib dir of vcpkg isn’t available for the port compiler. I think we have to set it from an env variable and append maybe [here](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/b85d4bb143550ad7227152c3f5e2fc6a6cf98f96/src/couch/rebar.config.script#L229).
