We were given an option, and since I was pretty much WFH anyway before
the covid, I'll probably stay that way if I can help it.
I'm in a good place right now, and have no desire to look around. :D

We touched on remote work vs returning to the office last night.

In my case, the division manager said he wanted us to have two days we
could schedule in-person meetings. (Despite Zoom meetings having
worked well for a year and a half, and having to divide our set days
by teams, to reduce possible breakthrough infections)..
The departmental managers said they said they do not have any ability
to change or wave the policy for any employee. Two of 19 employees in
my department are very extroverted and vocalized a desire to be around
other people.
We have had one person leave for a 100% remote position. I don't know
if this played any role in her decision to leave.
