I am not the most versed student of the arp command so I hit the man page to get more info only to see, in passing, that the entire net-tools package is now "obsolete" and no longer maintained. Okay, I admit that I have gotten prior hints about that with the ifconfig command as well.

No more arp, hello ip n.

So I've searched up this cheat sheet:
