I will reiterate my recommendation for lowendbox.com. Search for "storage VPS", and you should be able to find some offerings with the size that you want. I don't have a specific recommendation, as that's more than I currently use. My largest VPS is only 250GB, for a Nextcloud instance, and I'm still not anywhere close to filling that up.
