I witnessed an accident on Wednesday evening and stupidly didn't stick around to give a witness statement. Worse yet, I failed to get the plate number of the guy who ran a red light and sideswiped another car, then left before the police showed up.

I believe that someone who knows what they're doing can get the plate #. Also trying to figure out what the mark is on the right side of the van above and behind the rear wheel. Franklin PD are looking for this guy. He ran a red light, caused an accident, and then fled. It'd be cool if someone could help catch him.
