We use 1and1.com for our site, and we only pay like $30/month, but I
don't know how big/what type of site you are running.
Our site is a WordPress site with a customized child theme that I
developed. We use a plug-in called Wordfence that is quite robust in its
abilities to block intrusion attempts like bad username/passwords,
country IP blocking, and other fun stuff. I'm fairly certain there are
businesses out there that can migrate it for you, so it can be done. I
built our site from the base theme and added the functionality we need,
