If you figure that out I'm extremely interested! I'm also using dual boot devices (even my tablet is Linux + Win). If we figure that out, it'd mean I don't have to boot into Windows most of the time. The problem is that when you install Windows natively, the OS sees your real devices. If you'd manage to boot up your native Win partition into VirtualBox, the OS sitting there would see completely different devices: virtualized version of everything.
