A little off topic but are any of you familiar with SEI, Terix or Delta as third party support companies? I am considering keeping some EMC hardware that is eosl soon. SEI is the only one that could give me local references because of some rule about the reseller who sold the support contract needing to approve the reference, and my reseller hasn't sold any of the local contracts. Sounds kind of narrow minded to me, but sales are sales I guess. SEI has good local references but is a little more expensive.
