heya,
i am trying to compile the NETProvider 1.6 or 1.7 for the firebird database. this is done using your tool. I need to compile it because i still got the old visual studio 2002 using .net 1.0
the problem i have got is, just by starting "nant" on the commandline, it dies on me with an access violation. i have tried 0.83, 0.84 and 0.85. all got the same problem. this also happens on different machines. the only exception is 0.83 on the notebook, which tried to compile the package without dying, but it sais "building provider with 0 files". the output is a dll, 68Kb in size. the 1.6beta that i got now is 38?Kb in size. tried compiling it in VS, but not a chance. either millions of errors or the project is too new for VS2002.
the output of the access violation is in german, so it will probably not be any good to you, but the processID is 0xbc(188) and the threadID is 0x1f4(500) if that helps.
if someone has got the NETProvider 1.6 or 1.7 compiled successfully for .net 1.0, then could you send me the dll ? would solve my problem.
system setup: notebook 2.54GHz PIV 768Mb RAM XP Home. using visual studio C# .net 2002 (1.0) as development platform also got .net 1.1 installed
second box: workstation Athlon 2000+ 512MB RAM XP Professional no development studio .net 1.1
