Dear Kate,

Click on the line in your project tree under PCA that says PC scores, 
CovMatrix,...
then File -> Export Dataset. There you can choose PC scores as Data type, 
and choose which classifiers you want to be included. That will save a 
tab-delimited text file that you can open in Excel.
