Hi all, I'm using MorphoJ at the moment because it works easily with the TPS suite, but I don't know how to export PC scores for statistical analysis!
I can get the PC coefficients from the PCA, but what I really want is each individual sample's PC scores. The graph shows these, but I can't figure out how to export the actual PC score data.
