Greetings Everyone! I just wanted to know if there are any guides or resources that are focused specifically on landmarking 3D PLY surface models?
I am not new to GM and have started exploring the slicer software. Right now I have run into some issues where the orientation of my models, they are reversed (the superior end is recognized as inferior and so on). I am also unsure if I can change settings so I can see the true texture and color of the models (like the humeri models I have), since Slicer automatically uploads them in a grayscale color. I would eventually like to run a PCA/GPA and some other analyses with my data. Thanks for all your help, Aileen F.
