Hey all. *tldr; there is a package you need to install locally to get the local unit test suite (`mach gradle test`) to fully to pass. See [1] for more details.*
I did the investigation in [2] & drew my conclusions in [3]. Note that there is still one remaining local failure after installing these packages [4] though after a brief investigation, I don't have any intention of fixing it.
