I had a small problem with them once - I'm on that same 'troublemakers' list.
I just emailed everyone on the board - got the problem resolved in 24 hours... It was really funny with the secretary of someone on the board phoning me, then the next level down, then the next - down to the guy building it, a call from the courier to say he'd left with it - then one when he was outside... Then got all the calls back up to say was everything ok... So - they did mess it up - but did sort it out - i've bought a lot of dell kit before and since - and had no other problems..
