Good to know it went well Joe. I suspect that the Ubuntu team have been
working hard to iron out the glitches in the upgrade.

I still havn't upgraded my main machines. I tend to always opt for a
clean install. I know it's a lot of hard work getting the machine up to
what it was doing before but it's worth it because I get rid of a lot of
detritus which has accumulated during the last 6 months.

I might bite the bullet next week.
