Hi all,
I have an old Pentium 133 that I use for Linux, and basically during =
bootup I often get 'Segmentation Faults' errors - Probably every other =
bootup These errors do NOT (ususally) hinder the performance of the =
computer - it still boots up normally after them and works the same as =
normal (as far as I can tell).
My question is: what causes these errors? I'm pretty sure they're =
hardware faults - does anyone have any ideas what hardware this could =
be? The hard drvie itself?
I've installed Windows95 before on this computer, and this always worked =
fine (just like MS not to report errors, but anyway).
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks,
John C.
