What in the world do people skills have to do with anything.  This is a
mathematical problem.  A == B is what it should be however A < B so
there is an issue.  Calling someone something isn't nice.

Theo explained it in a pretty detailed email.  Money that was supposed
to roll into OpenBSD didn't and someone is responsible for that.  What
more information do you need?  It is a pretty simple case.

Why?  code is open; finances are not.  This is simply the way it is.
OpenBSD is not a 503.c and therefore it is decided by its highest
authority on what is public and what is not.

No need to make an extremely unfortunate situation worse by throwing
opinion, rumors and good ol' made up stuff onto the fire.
