ahh, fair enough. anyway, simply changing 0x0018 to 0x0218 in usbdevs.h has got it working nicely. now to figure out why I had *eighteen* sig11's while building the kernel. anyone have any favorite memory and io stress tests they'd like to share? oi. aaron
