This is an oddity I have ran into at times, which I believe
comes from the system's close proximity to the edges of the Universe
rather than any major defect in the software, since in my experience
wiping the install with a new one from the same media and having set
similar install parameters usually kicks out the malfunction after
one re-install or two.
I am all ears if someone has another explanation for this.
Note that I have changed the default /etc/installurl
to https://ftp.fr.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD
