Later, I ran install79.img from sdmmc as usual, but this time the destination
was an sdmmc card plugged into a usb2 <> sdcard adapter plugged into the usb3
port.
After installation was complete, the machine was turned off, the sdcard removed
from the adapter and inserted into the sdmmc slot on the board. Then the
machine was powered on:
