unwind: is it possible to prevent using a dhcp callback?

Hi,

I have a running unwind configuration:
/etc/unwind.conf

    forwarder 46.182.19.48 port 853 authentication name 
dns2.digitalcourage.de DoT

    preference { DoT recursor }


Unfortunately this DNS from Digitalcourage is sometimes slow and so the 
DNS learned from DHCP (which is supporting DoT, too) is called.

Is it possible to prevent this fallback so that only calls to the 
specified DNS are made?
