A quicker question (a subset of my lenghty mail on tech@): why is pccom at cardbus not included in GENERIC? Does com_cardbus still have issues, is it lack of testing or any other reasons?
The reason I'm asking this is that I'm struggling with a cardbus serial device (a GPRS/EDGE data card that is meant to work under OS != Windows) and would like to narrow down the problem. Regards, Mitja
