First, we need to discuss about our chanes in mingw-w64 directory tree
to have optimal places for official and personal toolchains. Need take
a decision about creating new folders and/or renaming older. I prefer
to not using spaces in folder names like now ("Targetting Win32",
"Personal Builds" and etc) because it can cause some problems for
download tools.

We don't move our build script from GitHub yet. I think niXman or I do
it in few days.

We need to fix our installer to get toolchains from mingw-w64 site.
Also there are two possibilities with our previous toolchains that
hosted on mingw-build project:
- we drop it and start from zero
- we move our previous toolchains to mingw-w64 project.

This is technical question only. Now we can create all gcc toolchains
from 4.6.x to trunk version.
