Hi Mario,

This sounds strange, because I open and save files with spaces in their
names all of the time and never had any problems.

First, what happens when you open the file. Does the program say "file
not found", or is it something else?

If you launch the program from command line, does it output any
warning/error messages to the terminal window?

Could you give me an example command line which produces the problem?

Yes, improving the markers is also something I would like to do for a
future version. Also, some function to save each region between two
marks into a separate file in some convenient way would be nice to
have.

Best regards,
Magnus
