Hi, I am new to CRISPR/Cas9. I tried to use the link http://crispr.mit.edu/guides/3386043089646727 to design gRNAs for my gene of interest.
It came out a lot of off target sites for PX458. None of them has no off target. number of offtarget sites: 132 (18 are in genes) My question is normally how would you pick the gRNAs is there a criteria for selecting the gRNAs.
