Sub: need for binary vectors Dear Dr Nasani ji In response to need for binary vector contact CAMBIA- AUSTRALIA. Since lat 20 years they are continuousely coming up range of binary vectors for plant transformations. The vectors were earlier supplied free of cost but now are avsilable at very nominal price for research under MOU. I used their vectors in 1998. Now I am retired scientist. The vectors are supplied as 1 microgram DNA on filter paper disks which can be eluted and used to trasform E. Coli. Just search net for details. Hope it will serve your purpose. All the best.
