Hi,
I have been using γ-[32P]ATP to radiolable my RNA, but I can not find the
reason why we only use γ-[32P]ATP to radiolable RNA, why do not use other
γ-[32P]NTPs?
Thanks,

If you are labelling using γ-[32P]ATP it implies that you are doing so
using polynucletide kinase to label 5' ends. Only ATP can act as a donor
of the radioactive phosphate group.
Hope that helps.
