I've fixed the missing output contours in text3d, and verified that all
letters and numbers tessellate correctly.  There was a slight problem in
my implementation of O'Rourke's point-in-contour test, as the original
algorithm moved the test point and contour to the origin (destroying the
contour in the process) which affected the point of intersection
calculations.

Anyway...

The good news is that it all works now.  Text3D looks great.  Again,
please feel free to tessellate your favourite contours and let me know
how you go :)
