Upon a closer look "supported" seems to has a meaning that is closer
to "capable". Presently as we go through the lists in
__glXCalculateUsableExtensions, we construct a list of
usable/effective extensions out of the supported ones which can be a
bit confusing.

All of the above seems to be only when indirect rendering is involved.
