I would think in an interview, even if you discuss stages 4 to 7 from the
point of view of a developer, and how you participated in these in the
workplace.
I believe you worked with the development team at our last company? :)

I think if you spout a few popular Agile buzzwords and know the meaning
behind them, more companies will happily move forward.
