The Linux Foundation is effectively stopping reasonable progress, and not saying anything. That naturally leads to all kinds of speculation about their motives. The best remedy for that is for the Linux Foundation to say something, officially. The longer they wait, the more people will speculate, and negative opinions will flourish. We're listening.
