No. Compliancy is more than just fulfilling dependencies, that's whole point of the story. It means that each of the depending packages are fulfilling requirements prescribed by the compliancy program (for example not placing their files in places where they could conflict, or not using private APIs). > Instead, why not leave "MeeGo Compliant Apps" alone and carve room in the > spec for "MeeGo Extras."
