Those instructions are targeted to a specific TI kernel (2.6.32-psp) Anything mainline between 2.6.34/35 you'll need: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~beagleboard-kernel/%2Bjunk/2.6-stable/annotate/head:/patches/sgx/0001-OMAP3-SGX-TI-3.01.00.06-2.6.32-PSP.diff and a sgx module compile fix http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~beagleboard-kernel/%2Bjunk/2.6-stable/annotate/head:/patches/sgx/0001-OMAP3-SGX-TI-3.01.00.06-Compile-Fixes.patch you'll have to tweak the patches to your build, as i dumped the sgx modules in my own staging dir...
