What means "no other wikis"? (I would like to get this: show pictures, scaled pictures, the Commons-metadata page by click, if the file is in Commons, and if the file is not in Commons but in the local Wiki, show the picture from the local Wiki) > you can use the shortcut setting $wgUseInstantCommons to true. This I find in LocalSettings.php ? So it would be fine to get $wgUseInstantCommons=true as default in all new Mediawikis. Which is the right place to ask for? How is the solution for question 1.1 ?
