Yes, that's a problem. If you can't get in contact with the site owner, perhaps WMF Legal would be willing to send a polite but firm letter informing that company that WMF and the Wikimedia Community, as wonderful as we are, are not here to serve as a "free" substitute for support services that should be provided by that site owner, and that the false statement on that company's website should be changed.
