Yes...

File->Update

On the Mart Editor v0.4 changes 'LIKE' to '=' and erases all of the '%'s from 
the value fields.

That's ok, 200 options in a list is probably too many options anyway.  I 
already shortened the list.  I asked more out of curiosity than anything else.
