I have been trying to customize a projection, specifically, Miller's
Cylindrical. Miller's is centered on the Prime Meridian. I want to offset
it by 135.

I am altering the MapInfow.prj file. I have created my own projection.
According to Appendix H of the User's Guide, the fourth parameter is
Longitudinal Origin. Assuming this is in degrees, then it should have
worked. I also tried using 8000000 (assuming meters). The result of both
was "no change."

"--- Projections of the World ---"
"Behrmann Cylindrical Equal-Area", 2, 62, 7, 0, 30
"Eckert IV (Equal-Area)", 14, 62, 7, 0
"Eckert VI (Equal-Area)", 15, 62, 7, 0
"Gall", 17, 62, 7, 0
"Mercator", 10, 62, 7, 0
"Miller Cylindrical", 11, 62, 7, 0
"Bryner Cylindrical", 11, 62, 7, -135
"Mollweide (Equal-Area)", 13, 62, 7, 0
"Robinson", 12, 62, 7, 0
"Sinusoidal (Equal-Area)", 16, 62, 7, 0

I am using v6.0 and it should be noted that examples found in the user guide
DID seem to work.
