If the phishing  issue has been resolved and you’re sure you’re not sending 
phishing any longer you can use this form 
(https://support.google.com/mail/contact/gmail_bulk_sender_escalation) to get 
the reputation reset for that domain. 

Don’t mess around trying to get delisted from random blocklists that aren’t 
affecting your email delivery.
