Thanks for all responses.

Actually MX is at 150.254.201.4 (mail.ifmpan.poznan.pl), however 150.254.201.17 also is sending emails (mostly local).

Unfortunately there is also a problem with whois database: <mail.ifmpan.poznan.pl <https://matrix.spfbl.net/en/ mail.ifmpan.poznan.pl>> non-compliance domain.

For poznan.pl there is whois registry which is not very simple to find (https://domeny.poznan.pl/domeny/app/index.php). I'm not aware of any method to place whois record in public registry for ifmpan.poznan.pl domain.

Also, I can send e-mails to @gmail.com using the same mail servers but different domain, so the problem is definitely with the domain not IPs.

There is one listing for that IP and the listing page for that blocklist says: A domain is considered non-compliant when the WHOIS search result for that domain does not contain the email address of the domain owner. Update the registration data and remove privacy protection for this domain in WHOIS and wait one hour for the cached result of this WHOIS query to expire.

Which listings are you seeing that you think Google is using?

In my experience, Google uses common RBL services.

Your domain "ifmpan.poznan.pl" seems linked to the IP address 150.254.201.17. That IP address is still on some blocklists:

One of our new email accounts (in ifmpan.poznan.pl domain) has been compromised and we've been sending spam from Mar 13 10pm for about 24 hours. All the other services are accepting mails now, just gmail is blocking us. In Google postmaster tools there is not a single user- reported spam. On the "Compliance status" tab we meet all requirements, but we are being treated as a subdomain of 'poznan.pl' domain which is a regional domain, so all subdomains are primary. In this case I don't see a way of reporting delivery issue with Google Postmaster Tools.
Best,
Pawel
