Hi list,
we are facing deliverability issues with iCloud where one email template is
blocked for a policy reason unknown to us. All emails are from the same domain,
same IP address, fully auth’d with a DMARC reject policy and everything
necessary. The blocked email template is a DOI transactional one. We have
tested another DOI email with almost the same wording which worked fine. The
new one lacks some necessary information though and cannot be used for legal
reasons. The mail that is blocked is actually correct.
We have contacted them about two months ago and received a response about a
month later asking us for investigation. We sent them samples and received
nothing but radio silence since then.
Is anyone from iCloud’s Postmaster team reading this and can contact me
off-list please?
Does anyone know if there is a better way to contact them besides their
[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> address?
