Hi All,

I have been trying to reach out to Proofpoint in order to get a new
dedicated IP whitelisted. Currently, they are not blocked at Proofpoint
but the client would like to see if it is possible to whitelist the
dedicated IP moving forward.

We have provided the following to Proofpoint:

Here are the details:

   -

   *IP Address*
   -

   *Sending Domain:*
   -

*SPF/DKIM/DMARC:* All records are set up and passing
   -

*Volume:* Currently sending 100 messages/day, gradually increasing
   -

   *Traffic Type:* 100% opt-in [marketing/transactional]
   -

*Opt-in process:* All recipients are permission-based with clear
   unsubscribe options in every message.

We’ve been following best practices while warming gradually, keeping
complaint rates low, and sending to engaged audiences. I wanted to check if
there’s anything you’d recommend on your side (or ours) to help get the
IP/domain into a good position and potentially on your allowlist.

Thanks,

John
