That's a big old can of worms you just cracked the lid on there. We've discussed it many times, here and elsewhere, that the one truth we all know is that recipients *will* do the things you think they won't. Reporting stuff as spam is just one of them, and if that's by mistake, accidental misuse of a feature, or wilful malicious misuse of a feature the outcomes are the same. There's no signalling of intent to the sender when a recipient says "this is spam". I'm fairly sure most members of this list have at some point made a decision to block or not and then had to live with the consequences of that decision. The 1000lb gorillas have automated that and taken the "having to live with the consequences" bit out of the equation. Graeme
