It's likely cookie related.  I think they were supposed to deploy a fix, 
though, not sure that's happened yet.  Try incognito perhaps?

However, also, there is something else you can choose to use.  We've deployed a 
partial implementation of the DKIM-FBL that I'd proposed to the IETF (and I 
intend to update that document). 

<selector>._feedback._domainkey.<d= domain from signature> TXT 
"v=DKIMRFBLv1;ra=mailto:[email protected];h=Other-Header";

You can omit the <selector> portion, which means you want all selectors.  And 
you can omit the "h" attribute.   All reports should have the Message-Id, and 
then if you have the "h" attribute, we'll attempt to extract that header from 
the complaint as well.  It seems "Return-Path" doesn't work currently, but all 
others should (I'm working to resolve that).  There is a domain age and 
reputation component to determine if our systems will send you the complaint.  
Also note, the complaint data will be base64-encoded.  It is *not* meant to be 
ARF-compliant.

both of them works here with gentoo, so i belive its dns related ?

or somekind of ratelimit pr geoip ?
