Perfect, that's what I was looking for.

Our customers still need more education (and tooling) around bounce handling.  
We're working on it.

Since they control their own databases, which we are not permitted to see, we 
have to work with them to help them improve their email hygiene. They also 
control the content of the messages, and the headers. Another place we can help 
them in the future.

Thanks for the information. It's not always obvious from some SMTP messages 
exactly why the mail was rejected/throttled.
