Preferably on your web site instead of in mailops, so that everyone can see them? I’ve seen bits and pieces here, with many unanswered questions. It’s not at all clear what to do to meet your new requirements. \
let’s start with the basics. your bounce address should be reachable, if you expect someone to accept your mails. care for bounces ... after a year or more.
