Yes, they're all there.

After more digging, this is even odder. I've put some logging in the MySQL init 
script and that doesn't even seem to be invoked when the tablet hibernates, but 
both it and Apache get killed off.
$ cat /var/lib/mysql/error.log
081225 17:44:58 [Note] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Normal shutdown

081225 17:44:59 [Note] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Shutdown complete

081225 17:44:59  mysqld ended

081225 17:50:01  mysqld ended

And the Apache log ends with 
[Thu Dec 25 17:44:59 2008] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down


So something's telling them to halt, but I don't know what.
