I've noticed that when my N800 has shut itself down because the battery's got
too low, powering it up fails to start applications such as MySQL and Apache
even though they've got init scripts in /etc/rc[2-5].d.

Presumably the device is going into some sort of hibernate state when the
battery gets too low so isn't running init scripts when it wakes up?

So what I'm trying (and failing) to work out is how to ensure either (a) that
these applications are hibernated as well so they don't need re-starting or (b)
that they're re-started when the device is re-started.

Anybody have any clues on this please?
