As written, I found the bug that obvious and had memory fragments of
discussions and mail natifications about fixes in the application catalog
that I was unsure if this is really a bug or a defined and wanted behaviour.
If somebody assures me, that this is definitely not wanted behaviour I will
for sure make a bug for it :-)
