It's clearly open. You seem to be hitting the same issue reported by other new users at http://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2146 Please report and follow the activity there. Think that every time you send an email to maemo-developers (and you sent 3 in a row) it goes not only to "Nokia Inc" but also to hundreds of users just like you.
